The role of President is a daunting one, but Daniella has continued the efforts put in place by past president, John Morrissey, and is off and running. Our yearly fundraising efforts include: Super Bowl Pool, Snap Raise, and our Yankees Mets Luxury Ticket Raffle. Fundraising is a necessity in order to provide the best experience for the boys in the program. Every penny raised goes right back into the programs for equipment, uniforms, team apparel, etc. Look for Daniela’s emails throughout the year.
John Morrissey saw two sons wear the Mountie pinstripes. Baseball has always been a passion - whether John was coaching or serving as president in Suffern Little League, Morrissey always looked to roll up his sleeves and serve the community. He has been a presence in our program for years serving as Diamond Club President prior to Daniela Sepulveda. John introduced Snap Raise to the fundraising efforts and took us to new heights. An avid photographer, Morrissey began taking photos of the games which led itself into becoming the program photographer. John is also known for his elaborate and well produced end of the year banquet videos that make all the senior mom’s cry. Even though his sons have graduated and he is following them in their college ball - Mr. Morrissey still finds the time to help the program each year.
